Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 October 2026

This policy applies to Bite City Zombie Crowd.io, developed by Playluma, including the Android app com.playluma.bitecity, its iOS version and these Bite City support pages. Contact: tkitfacn@gmail.com.

1. Information used by the game

InformationHow and why it is used
Account identityOptional Google sign-in on Android; Google or Apple sign-in on supported iOS versions. Firebase Authentication processes the provider identifier, user ID and available account details such as email and display name to authenticate and manage the game account. We do not receive your Google or Apple password.
Game progress and purchasesProgress, currency, unlocks, cards, scores, timed benefits and purchase delivery/receipt identifiers are saved locally. When signed in, progress and purchase-related delivery records are backed up to Firebase Cloud Firestore under your account ID. Store billing processes payments; purchase records are used to verify delivery and prevent duplicate rewards. We do not collect full card numbers.
Online room informationIf you use online play, the room service processes connection information, including IP address, a temporary player/room identifier, room settings, public player nickname/avatar and match data. Nicknames, game profiles and in-match quick chat/emotes can be visible to other players. Do not put personal information in public names or room names.
Advertising and diagnosticsGoogle AdMob and its consent tools may collect/share IP address (which can indicate approximate location), device/account or advertising identifiers, interactions such as launches, taps and ad views, and diagnostics/performance information. These support advertising, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. This does not mean the game requests precise GPS location.
Analytics and configurationFirebase Analytics processes app-instance/device identifiers, usage events, gameplay and purchase/virtual-currency events, device/app characteristics and IP-derived approximate location to understand usage and improve the game. Firebase Remote Config and Installations process installation and configuration information to deliver game settings.
Support and website requestsIf you email us, we process your email, message and details you choose to provide to answer support or privacy requests. This static website has no account form or added analytics/ad tracker; the hosting provider may process IP addresses, request metadata and technical logs to deliver and protect the site.

2. Providers and sharing

We use Google/Firebase for authentication, cloud storage, analytics and remote configuration; Google AdMob for ads and consent; and Google Play or Apple for purchases. Online room data is relayed through the Playluma room service to participants. The website is hosted using GitHub Pages. Providers process data according to their roles, settings and policies. AdMob data may be shared for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. We do not sell your game-account information.

Provider policies: Google, Firebase, Apple, GitHub. We may disclose limited information when required by law, to protect users and services, or to address fraud and disputes.

3. Your choices

You can play as a guest without cloud account sign-in. Guest progression stays on the device; advertising/analytics SDKs may still process the information described above. Signing out is different from deleting an account. Use the game’s Privacy options control when available to review advertising consent, and your device controls to reset/delete advertising identifiers or manage tracking permissions. Some ads may still be shown without personalization. Necessary processing is used to provide requested account, cloud, purchase and security features; where required, consent is requested for optional advertising or tracking.

4. Retention and deletion

Local progression remains until it is replaced or you clear app storage. Account and cloud-save data remain while the account is used, until you request deletion, or as needed to provide the selected features. Online rooms are held in server memory and close when the host leaves; connection/security logs, if generated by hosting infrastructure, follow its operational retention settings. Analytics and diagnostic information follows the relevant provider/project retention settings; it is not all deleted merely by signing out or uninstalling.

Open the game’s Settings → Account → Delete account, or use the account-deletion request page. Deletion removes the game authentication account, cloud progression and optional stored profile. A minimal deletion marker at the former game user ID, containing deletion status, schema/revision and server timestamp, is retained to stop delayed device uploads from restoring deleted progress. It contains no saved progression, email or name and remains while needed for that protection. Limited support/security or legally required records may remain for the applicable operational or legal purpose. Store transaction records are controlled by Google or Apple; deleting the game account does not delete those accounts or automatically refund purchases.

5. Security and international processing

Game services use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS/WSS) for network transmission and account-scoped access controls for cloud saves. Providers may process data outside your country under their applicable safeguards. No system is completely secure; protect your device and linked sign-in account.

6. Young players

Bite City is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. Local store ratings and legal requirements may set a higher age. Where local law requires parental authorization for a young person’s personal-data processing or purchases, that authorization is required. If you believe a child has supplied personal information without the required authorization, contact us to request review and deletion.

7. Privacy requests and updates

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, request portability, or contact a data-protection authority. Email tkitfacn@gmail.com with “Bite City Privacy Request”. We may verify ownership using reasonable account information. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or full payment details. We respond to verified requests as required by applicable law. We may update this policy; the date above identifies the current version.
