Trophybound Manager · Legal
Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This policy explains how playluma (“we”, “us” or “our”) handles information when you use Trophybound Manager, its online services and this website.
1. Scope and who we are
Trophybound Manager is a football management game published by playluma. The game may be used as a guest or with an account linked through email, Google or Apple, depending on your device and release version.
This policy covers the mobile game, account and cloud-save features, multiplayer and social features, advertising, in-app purchases, support requests and the Trophybound Manager website. Third-party stores and services have their own privacy practices.
2. Information we handle
The information involved depends on the features you choose to use.
Account and identity
Email address, sign-in method, internal account identifier, in-game Player ID and account status. Google and Apple handle their own sign-in credentials; we do not ask you to send us your password.
Game and cloud progress
Club and career progress, squad, tactics, fixtures, economy balances, inventory, rewards, save metadata and synchronized save files. Sound, haptics, language, camera, graphics and match-duration preferences are designed to remain on your device.
Multiplayer and social data
Multiplayer profile, match and session information, friends and requests, blocks, referrals, and public or private chat messages you choose to send.
Usage and diagnostics
App version, platform, device and operating-system information, screen and feature events, match outcomes, performance summaries, crash reports and technical logs.
Advertising and purchase information
Where advertising is enabled, Google Mobile Ads may process advertising identifiers, approximate device or network information, consent choices and ad interactions. On iOS, tracking permission is requested where required. Apple App Store or Google Play processes payments. We may receive a product identifier, transaction identifier, purchase status and receipt data needed to grant or restore an item, but we do not receive your full payment-card details.
Website and support
This static website stores your selected language in local browser storage. The hosting provider may create ordinary security and access logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page and timestamp. If you email us, we receive the information you include in the message.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- create and secure accounts, authenticate sign-ins and link account providers;
- save, restore and synchronize your football career across supported devices;
- operate multiplayer matches, friends, referrals and chat features;
- deliver rewards, purchases and non-consumable entitlements;
- show and measure rewarded or interstitial advertising where enabled;
- understand feature use, diagnose crashes and improve stability and balance;
- deliver configuration changes, version requirements and service notices;
- prevent abuse, fraud, cheating and security incidents; and
- respond to support, privacy and account-deletion requests.
Depending on your location, the legal basis may be your consent, performance of the service you requested, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the game, or a legal obligation.
4. Service providers and sharing
We use service providers only as needed to operate the game. They may process information under their own terms and privacy policies:
- Google Firebase — account sign-in, storage and synchronization of game data, analytics, crash diagnostics and remote configuration. Firebase privacy information.
- Google Mobile Ads — advertising delivery, fraud prevention and measurement. How Google uses advertising data.
- Google and Apple — account sign-in, app distribution and store purchases. Google Privacy Policy and Apple Privacy Policy.
- Unity — game engine and in-app purchasing technology. Unity Privacy Policy.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell account passwords or cloud-save content.
5. Analytics, advertising and purchases
Analytics helps us understand whether features work and where the game needs improvement. Advertising helps support the game and may include rewarded ads chosen by you and interstitial ads. Available consent and platform controls determine whether advertising may be personalized.
When an advertising-consent or iOS tracking prompt is available, you can use that prompt and your device settings to manage the applicable choice. Contact us for privacy requests that are not available through those controls. Purchase charges, refunds and store purchase history are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play under their store policies.
6. Data retention and deletion
We retain account and cloud-save information while your account is active and for as long as it is needed to provide the selected features. Diagnostics, analytics, support correspondence and security records are retained only for operational, fraud-prevention, legal or dispute-resolution needs and according to provider settings.
Delete from the game: open Settings → Account → Delete Account. The current in-game flow removes the linked game account, its synchronized career and cloud-save data, and the current local career data on the device used to complete deletion. A recent sign-in may be required.
To request removal of multiplayer or social records—including profile, friends, requests, chat or referral records—or if you cannot access the game, use our Account Deletion page. Store transaction records remain under Apple or Google control. Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or the establishment of legal claims.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have some of the rights below. Not every right applies in every situation, and legal exceptions may apply.
- request access to or a copy of personal information linked to you;
- correct inaccurate account information;
- request deletion or restriction of processing;
- withdraw consent where processing relies on consent;
- object to certain processing or request data portability; and
- complain to your local data-protection authority.
We may take reasonable steps to verify the requester and will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law. A request may be limited or refused where permitted by law, and limited information may be retained where permitted or required by law. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, access tokens or full payment details by email.
8. Children’s privacy
Trophybound Manager is not intended for a child who cannot consent to the use of online services under the law where they live, unless the authorization of a parent or guardian has been obtained. We do not knowingly request personal information from a child without the authorization required by law. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us to request review and deletion.
9. Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, including provider authentication, platform secure storage and restricted cloud access. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, so keep your device and linked accounts protected.
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on contractual, provider or legal safeguards for those transfers.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the game, providers or legal requirements change. The revised date at the top identifies the latest version. Material changes may also be communicated in the game or on this website.
